Movement Patterns are loaded with Simple Tools like kettlebells, sandbags, med balls, and steel clubs.

Workouts utilize interval training protocols that target energy systems while building strength, endurance, and power. The 20-minute workouts mimic the work on one SCBA bottle before the low-air alarm sounds.

Training Cycles provide structured progression, with flexibility to accommodate firefighting and shift work.

Programs use varied-intensity principles to improve strength and conditioning, focusing on active recovery.
